<p><b>New page</b></p><div>He received first class honour B.Eng degree in the electrical and electronic engineering from the Queen’s university of Belfast, U.K. in 2003 and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics in 2006. Since 2007 he has been with the innovation R&D department, NXP semiconductors, U.K., where he has worked on improving simulation competence and developing power devices for mid/long term market.
