I'm not a lawyer, so this is the policy in plain English. As Admin of the site I don't intend to use any private information used for anything. I don't know your password, and I'd have to work a little to find your email. I don't have any reason to email you, however... I guess if I needed to roll something back, I'd try to contact you first to understand why you posted something I'd need to roll back. Then if the government made me give some information, I would. I won't share your emails or use that email to put you on any mailing list.
